Build a lead generation system that turns traffic into enquiries
Ads bring people to the door. The system decides whether they walk in. We build the landing pages, capture, qualification and tracking that turn paid traffic into enquiries your team can act on.

What is a lead generation system?
The short answer
A lead generation system is the connected set of pieces that turns a stranger into an enquiry: the traffic source, the landing page, the capture method, the qualification step, and the tracking that records where each lead came from. When one piece is weak, the whole system underperforms, no matter how good the ads are.
Most businesses that tell us “ads do not work” have a system problem, not an ad problem.
The ads get clicks. Then the clicks land on a slow homepage, or a form with nine required fields, or a phone number nobody answers after 4pm. Or the leads arrive fine, but nobody can tell which campaign sent them, so budget decisions become guesswork.
Fixing the ads first is usually the wrong order. We start with the weakest link in the system. Read more in lead generation funnel: from ad click to customer.
What are the parts of a lead generation system?
Each part is simple on its own. The value is in building them to work together, and measuring them as one system.
Landing pages
Dedicated pages for each service and, where it helps, each location. One message, one action, fast on mobile.
Lead capture
Forms that ask the right number of questions, click-to-call, and messaging where it suits your customers.
Qualification
Questions and rules that separate a real job from a price-checker before it reaches your team.
Tracking and attribution
Conversion tracking in GA4 and the ad platforms, call tracking, and source data (UTM parameters and click IDs) stored with every lead.
Routing and notification
Leads delivered where your team already works (email, a shared spreadsheet or your CRM) as soon as they arrive.
Why use a landing page instead of your homepage?
Your homepage has to serve everyone: past customers, job applicants, suppliers, people checking your hours. A landing page serves one visitor with one need, and gives them one thing to do.
For paid traffic, that focus matters. Every extra option on the page is a chance to leave without enquiring.
We do not invent reviews, badges or statistics. We use the proof you genuinely have (licensing, real reviews, photos of real work) and make it visible.
What every LeadWise landing page includes
- A headline that repeats the promise the ad made
- The specific service and service area, stated clearly
- One primary action: call, form or booking
- Proof you actually have, placed near the action
- A form sized to the decision, with qualifying questions
- Fast load times and a mobile-first layout
- Tracking on every form submission and call
What makes a lead “qualified”?
We agree the definition with you before launch, because it decides what campaigns are optimized for.
A campaign optimized for any form submission will find people who fill in forms. A campaign optimized for qualified enquiries finds people who become customers. The difference usually shows in the second month, not the first week.
- 01
Right service
They need something you actually offer and want to sell.
- 02
Right area
The job is inside your service area.
- 03
Right timing
They plan to act in a timeframe that suits your pipeline.
- 04
Right person
They can make the decision, or they are close to whoever does.
- 05
Reachable
Real contact details, and they answer when your team calls back.
Lead generation system questions
Tracking what happens after the lead is covered in cost per lead vs cost per customer.
What is the difference between lead generation and advertising?
Advertising buys attention. Lead generation turns that attention into enquiries you can follow up, through landing pages, lead capture, qualification and tracking. Good ads connected to a weak system still lose most of the people they attract.
How are leads delivered to my team?
Each lead is stored with its source and sent to wherever your team already works: an email alert, a shared spreadsheet or your CRM. Routing rules can send different services or areas to different people, so nobody has to watch a dashboard for new enquiries.
Do you build landing pages on my website?
We can build them on your existing site or as standalone pages, depending on your platform and what loads fastest. Either way, every page is built for paid traffic: one service, one message, one action.
Can leads go straight into my CRM?
Usually, yes. Most CRMs accept leads from web forms through an integration or a webhook. If you do not use a CRM yet, a shared spreadsheet with instant email alerts is a sensible place to start.
What counts as a qualified lead?
We agree that definition with you before launch. Typically it means the right service, inside your service area, a realistic timeframe and a reachable decision-maker. The definition decides what the campaigns are optimized for, so it matters a great deal.
Do I need a lead generation system if I already run ads?
Yes, if you want to know what the ads produce. Ads create the click. The landing page, lead capture form, call tracking and lead alerts decide whether that click becomes an enquiry your team can act on. Most leaks we find are in that part of the system, not in the ads.
